Famous for her
distinct and beautiful floral paintings, Christie Repasy has
been given a gift in which she takes full advantage of from
start to finish. Christie first paints an
original oil painting. After making a lithograph from the
painting, she hand stretches it into a wooden boxed canvas. This
makes the canvas look wonderful even when hung without a frame.
Next, a special clear coating is applied to protect the
lithograph. This gives the print the look and feel of an
original oil painting. Then Christie hand signs and dates the
back of each picture herself for authenticity. |
